This is a 'concept village', so called because each home is unique - the space is tailored to the wishes of each buyer.
The task of selling the houses at The Wintles has fallen at the feet of estate agents Halls and Savills. Tony Morris-Eyton of Savills is sincerely upbeat when he says: ‘I absolutely love the houses here, even though they are new and I don't usually like new houses.
‘There is a wonderful sense of community and the homes are so light and fresh and airy - I'm not at all surprised that they are selling so quickly. It's all just so refreshingly different, but not unnervingly so.’
