Adam started his career in the property industry as a Sales Consultant for Your Move Estate Agents in 2004 where he stayed for two years before deciding to progress his career and move into the development industry.
 
In 2006 he left Your Move to join Crest Nicholson Regeneration (CNR) where he started as a Graduate and worked his way through the many departments to gain experience in Sales & Marketing, Land Acquisition, Planning, Project Management, Finances, and Aftercare.

Adam helped the team in securing a number of large regeneration sites throughout the UK up to 2000+ units, working closely with the Managing Director; Adam developed a strong appreciation and interest in building ecologically friendly sustainable communities with good design that creates a sense of place and a vibrant place to live.  
 
In 2007 he joined the Living Villages team full time as Land and Development Manager to help secure new and exciting development opportunities for the future.
